FFRL Shootout

On February 6th, the FFRL will host the first ever "Daytona 500"! Created and shaped by the FFRL community, the Daytona 500 is geared to be the "Great FFRL Race" with a full field of drivers running 200 laps.*

The "Daytona 500" is open to all past and present members of the FFRL.

Based on the number of applicants signed up for this special event, the "Gatorade Duels" will take place on the same day of the event. Two races consisting of 23 laps. The first race and qualifying will begin at 12:00 noon while the second race will start approximately 1:30pm EST. If more than 40 drivers have signed up for this event, numbers will be randomly drawn in which Duel they will have to compete in to have a starting positon in the "Daytona 500". Finishing order of the Duels will line the field. Those in the first race will fill up the odd numbers in the starting lineup while those in the second race will fill in the even numbers on the lineup until all 40 positions are filled.

If less than 40 applicants are signed up for this event, the Gatorade Duels will not take place.

The "Daytona 500" qualifying will take place at 4:00 pm EST with practice starting at 3:00pm EST. The 100% race will approximately be 2.5 hours long.

Car Files - Those who currently race in the Magnum Cup Series will use their paint scheme for that series. All those not in that series are welcomed to submit a car file for this event. All car files must be submitted by Thursday night (Feb. 4th) by 9:00pm EST. Car files submitted after that will be ignored and not available for submission. All car files are to be submitted to "admin@ffrl.org".

Sign Ups - See below for signup application

MOD - Active members can grab the Mod in our download section.  Those not active can grab the mod here: Bullring

Rules - All rules governed by the FFRL will be applied.  Those who are not currently active in the FFRL should read and review the rules before attending the race.  Infractions of the rules will result in the driver being immediately dismissed with/without reason.
