TIPS AND TRICKS

When I race, my steering wheel is centered on my desktop and calibrated dead on balls center in windows operating systems control panel.  But, as you see in the cockpit view of my car, my wheel appears to be turning to the right.

When calibrating your wheel in the game itself, hold the wheel to your left at 11:00 position.  By doing this, you will not have to counter-steer your wheel to the right to go straight.

Because force feedback wheels give you more feeling with the cars caster settings, we counteract that setting by offsetting the steering wheels calibration.  This not only helps you go straighter and faster with less wheel movement, but it also won't ware out your force feedback wheel as quickly and will save you those big $$ on buying new parts or new steering wheels.  Always calibrate your wheel to the center or in the 12:00 position for Road Courses.
